8 class pass $100 (valid up to 16 weeks from first class)

FUTURE WORKSHOPS:


FREE THE HIPS: This class focuses on hips to toes to create greater health and vitality in the pelvic region, hips, legs, feet, and toes.


FREE THE SPINE: This class emphasizes wavelike spinal movements that increase strength, flexibility and energy in the spine as well as the chest, abdomen, shoulders, arms and hands.


TRIYOGATHON: This intensive is a perfectly-paced extended practice - a special opportunity to let go into the flow.


PRANA VIDYA: The knowledge of life-energy, Prana Vidya includes the trinity of breathing sequences, concentration techniques, and meditation. Presented systematically, these practices develop better health, mental clarity and inner peace.


MEDITATION: Meditation is a tool that stills the mind to receive guidance by opening energy pathways and allowing wisdom to ascend. When practiced daily it helps you to achieve a lasting sense of peace. It assists you in discovering truth and insight into your purpose in life.
