Spirituality Workshops
The following workshops were held in 2005 in April, May, June, and October
The workshops were part of an original series that addressed your desire to achieve a balanced and purposeful life. Each 2-hour session integrated small group-work with individual participation, offered practical methods for personal development including meditation, and progressively showed you how to:
- Make positive actions rather than repeating destructive behavior
- Follow opportunities rather than facing obstacles
- Recognize caustic conduct
- Delight in joy rather than cravings
- Apply moderation and balance
- Honor integrity
- Experience peace and honor
- Identify purpose rather than wandering aimlessly
- Create illumination of self
- Achieve dedication and bliss
As a participant, you deepened your spirituality through learning more about yourself and discovered that ultimately there is no line where daily life ends and spirituality begins; the two are inextricably entwined.
